Cameron does not assess, diagnose, or treat. The scope is exercise: structured, periodised training that builds on the clinical work you've already done. The Referral

Your patient's name and contact, plus any movement precautions you want noted. Cameron handles everything from there.

Your patient is onboarded into the 12-week program and trains three sessions a week at Social Remedy.

At six weeks and again at twelve, Cameron recommends your patient comes back to you for a check-up. There's a defined point of measurable progress at those marks, which gives you something worth assessing.
The six and twelve week check-ups keep the clinical relationship alive, so your patient stays connected to you instead of drifting out of it at discharge.
